Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with In! We are working hard to ensure that you absolutely love your purchase(s). In the occurrence that you are not satisfied you may return the item(s) to us within 10 days of receipt. At this time we do not offer refunds. Returns are eligible for store credit only. Once your item(s) are received we will inspect them and notify you if your item is eligible for a return. 

Most items are eligible for a return if they are in original condition. The following items are not eligible for return.

  • Items marked final sale
  • Bodysuits 
  • Items with deodorant marks, odor, and signs of wear
  • Items discounted at 30% or more

We reserve the right to deny any items received that do not fall under this policy. Denied returns will be returned back to you.

Store Credit 

You are only allowed one credit per purchase. Store credit will will be issued via email in the form of code specific to you. Please note that items purchased with a store credit are final sale. 

Please ensure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service that provide you with a proof of postage, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit. Please allow up to 10 days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
